1) Every member of Congress should be limited to 1 term of 6 years after which he is ineligible to run for Congress for the remainder of his life.
2) Each member will receive no life-time, government pension for his/her service. Instead, that individual can establish an IRA like the rest of us folks.
3) Congressmen should be prohibited from raising money for their own gain and taking it with them when their term is finished. They should face an automatic jail term of 10 years if they violate this rule.
4) Once out of office, all Congressional members and their staffs should have a life-time prohibition from becoming a lobbyist. Again, violating the rule will automatically place them in prison for 10 years.
5) Congress should have the same medical insurance as the rest of us.l
