We are reminded by news reporters, politicians, and political strategists that Congress is dysfunctional. This is a problem that affects every American and the very existence of the United States of America.
That's why I created a petition to The United States House of Representatives and The United States Senate, which says:
"We ask the Congress of the United States of America to show greater respect for democracy and majority rule by changing the legislative process rules and leadership traditions that allow members and minority groups to block the voting process."
