The Postal system is about to collapse under its own weight. First change postal rates to carry more of the expenses of what it takes to run the postal service.
Next cut out discounts to businesses that use the postal service. There is no reason the average taxpayer should be subsidizing businesses that use the post office. I shouldn't be paying for people to get their Victory Secret catalogue.
Next change postal delivery system to deliver every other day. I do not need mail at my house six times a week. Three delivers are more then enough. This half of town could get the mail on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and the other side of town could get their mail on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
