Currently every single piece of software, game or website that you sign up for requires you to agree to a user agreement. These are long and confusing and often inhibit your rights as a consumer for protection against shady business practices.
I want to make it illegal for these agreements to be confusing, there is no reason they cannot be written in a concise and understandable manner.
