This petition will potentially impact the future of the human race. There is currently a discussion occurring among scientists that theorize that one of the cheapest and easiest ways to Terra-form mars for human habitability is to melt the polar ice caps of mars with nuclear bombs. The most likely way that this would be done is by way of a government funded program or project. Seeing as the United States currently has nuclear bombs and the capability of getting objects to the surface of mars, this seems like the next logical step.
