Lets stop the hunger in poor and middle class children

I'm only 12 years old and when I heard the story about the little boy in franklin Ohio, trying to sell in teddy bear for food I was thinking what is that was me. Would I be as lucky as him to get someone to feed me. This petition I'm proposing will not only see to it that every child in America would not go hungry in the summer time. I want congress to make sure schools in every district provide at least one meal a day for poor and middle class children in the summer time. I propose that the lottery system in each state put aside funds each and every month so that by the summer time they will have enough money to support the meal program for children who are in need of food for the entire summer.
