We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Let's stop talking about recycling and actually do it.

Created by J.Z. on May 22, 2016

My neighborhood could do better to start recycling instead of throwing everything into the dumpster. Our generation is growing up in a world where resources are being wasted astonishingly and recycling will help them to appreciate what they are given and respect the earth. We only talk about recycling in elementary and then become preoccupied with the latest technology. Most people are living quiet lives and know recycling is good but don't have the energy to bring it back home to the neighborhood where all trash and recyclable materials are tossed away together without a care. I believe we must encourage recycling in all neighborhoods. To do this the government should install a dumpster for recyclables. Now, how we persuade people to start separating their trash is a question.
