Lets try to exterminate "the ghetto"

A lot of people across suburban/urban towns and races deal with what is called "the ghetto," low income, NO JOBS, bad housing, bad attitudes, just an overall bad place. I still live in "the white ghetto" and it ain't right. Congressional Black Caucus, congress and President Barack Obama need to try to pull some strings and try to get jobs back and make the USA what it deserves to be, on top! WHO'S WITH ME?!
