Leverage the NSA email/phone number spy collection program to locate/reproduce IRS Lois Lerner’s lost emails.

According to the IRS, almost 2yrs of Lois Lerner’s email was lost by due to a hardware failure on her machine. IRS reports their backups rotate every 6 months so recovery by server is impossible. This seems rather limited as any major provider can easily retrieve 3yrs+ of almost any file backups in a minutes notice. If the IRS indeed can't recover these "lost" emails then I as a american whose tax dollars go to the NSA spy program want Obama to demand the NSA who has collected billions of phone numbers and emails to reconstitute these lost emails and supply them to the house of representatives.
