Resolved: The Obama Administration will champion policies and work with Congress to enact legislation requiring that all Federally Funded Colleges and Universities create and widely implement inexpensive, high quality online versions of their core curricula, and grant Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degrees for successful completion of these curricula, in order to dramatically increase accessibility to higher education while simultaneously dramatically reducing the cost of higher education in the United States of America.
