By changing a few simple concepts in regards to Information Dominance within the SORM and the SORN, (i.e....Numbered Fleet Organization / Collaboration tools being utilized / built in planning decision processes) the United States Military would be able to leave behind practices that keep us stuck in the 90's. Currently, it is extremely difficult to keep decision makers updated with the most recent information. With the refinement of some tools already being utilized and skills that already exists, real-time information could be shared simultaneously throughout all fleets. In order to compete this decade and beyond the United States Military should adapt to Leverage the power of Information.
