In Light of the recent attack in Orlando Florida that lead to the senseless death of 49 people, and the injuring of many others, and the fact that those who were targeted can be legally denied the right to visit their loved ones, act on their behalf, or even have the right to care for their deceased loved ones, or receive their needed benefits at the most painful of times calls for immediate action. It is time we replace local and state ordinances that are easily reversed or simply disregarded and protect All US Citizens across this Great Nation with Federal Legislation Declaring that LGBTQ Rights are Protected by the Constitution, and that Attacks against this minority community Are Hate Crimes, Period! It Is Time For Federal Action & Protection of these basic American Values & Ideals!
