Liberate of the Island of Cuba in response to Russian actions in Ukraine and for violating the INF Treaty.

Russia's Putin has thumbed his nose at the free world. Not only has he rigged elections in Russia. He has turned the Russian press and news media into outlets for his propaganda. His past actions in Georgia and current incursion into Ukraine only underscore the danger he poses to the Free World. After the untold trillions of dollars spent during the Cold War the United States cannot afford to allow freedom to be rolled back. Putin has also increased his support for Communist Cuba and is in violation of the INF Treaty developing nuclear weapons which could be deployed in Cuba. It is way past time that Cuban people be freed from Communism and for the United States to say to Russia hands off the Free World.
