Mr. Jonathan Polard should be released on humanitarian grounds - I understand that he is in poor health. He is also the longest serving inmate for espionage, some thirty years - he has paid his dues to society. Mr. Polard no longer represents a security risk to the United States. It's time he be allowed to join his family.
