Liberate Western Ukraine from Russia-backed corrupt and depressed eastern regions

Your excellency, Mr. President!
We, the people of Russia, give our full support to the people of Western Ukraine in their audacious fight for better life within a big European family of peoples. We wish them to be among democratic nations who share common values and dreams. We wish our Government did not obstruct this natural process. That is why we petition you:
- to impose all possible sanctions on the members of Ukrainian Government and leaders of Eastern Ukrainian regions;
- to undermine President Yanukovich's ability to strangle Western Ukraine;
- to encourage Western regions of Ukraine to continue negotiation process with EU on their own;
- to support their subsequent integration in the EU as sovereign entities.
Mr. President, liberate Western Ukraine from Russia's garrote!
