Millions of Americans enjoy playing online poker in the privacy of their own homes. The technologies exist to properly regulate this industry for the protection of the underage and the problem gambler, and to provide the needed consumer protections against cheating, fraud and other criminal activities. By federal licensing and regulation of US-based sites, these protections can easily be enforced while creating 1000's of new jobs and bringing in new revenues for government without raising income taxes.
