I'm a veteran of the United States Army who has just seen the movie "Lone Survivor" starting Mark Wahlberg. I was really moved & touched by this film. It brought me to tears. In lieu of Veteran's Day, I would like to voice my opinion and lobby for a "Special Forces" Day as well! Mr. President, there is "no" greater sacrifice than the men and women that fight the front lines during battle. And yes, this should be a federal holiday.
The pain; blood, sweat and tears that our soldiers endure facing the enemy is unimaginable. Only those who have been there will really understand. It's not just a movie. It's a way of life.
