Lieutenant Commander Timothy White if indicted by the UCMJ or any federal or state law receive a presidential pardon

Created by N.G. on August 04, 2015

Lieutenant commander White acted in good faith and within the standards and honor of military service by doing his duty to protect government personnel and property from tampering, attack, and destruction by returning fire against the Chattanooga shooter. Any law that may have been violated by his actions should be required to be reviewed by the house and senate to ensure service members will not be unrightfully charged for discharging their duty to protect American lives and property. The Uniform Code of Military Justice must also face the same congressional review
