Life begins at conception and that the unborn are recognized under the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution.

To recognize that life begins at conception. At every stage of development, the unborn shall be protected under the Fourteenth Amendment.

This is to correct the error of our supreme court in this 1973 decision. The United States Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision (1973) declared that “the word ‘person,’ as used in the Fourteenth Amendment, does not include the unborn.
