A person convicted of raping another person, molesting a child, or commiting any other kind of sexual assault on another human being of any age should never be allowed out of prison to commit their crime again. They should be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, or, if their victim died during the rape, they should be given the death penalty.
Rape is one of the most horrible crimes that can be committed. Why are we letting these people out of prison to rape our women and children a second time?
