On October 6, 2011, Christopher Nicholas "Nick" Bertke, better known as Pogo, was issued an Order of Removal by one of the delegates of the United States Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano. However, We the People of the United States believe that Bertke shouldn't have been banned from the U.S. because:
A) Bertke is NOT a terrorist.
B) Bertke has NOT been accused of theft or any other criminal act or iniquity.
C) Bertke has NOT been classified as a dangerous entity by any larger government or intergovernmental organization.
Therefore, We the People of the United States believe that the Order of Removal issued on Mr. Bertke ought to be lifted or repealed.
