Lift 10 Year Bar for unfairly deported Immigrants

Created by K.M. on February 28, 2013

As the Mass Deportations started thousands of immigrants who entered the Country legally, stayed legally for years or even decades, with no criminal records were deported, sometimes even without appearing before an Immigration Judge according to Expediting Deportation Practice.

Many of those were working legally, paid taxes, even obtained advanced degrees, but because of broken Immigration Laws had no options to upgrade their status to a Permanent Resident or were in process of doing so.

I am petitioning the President of the Undated State of America to force USCIS to review those cases (I-212) to lift 10 year bar for those decant people and allow them to proceed with legalization process. They tried to do everything legally but, because of broken Immigration Law, were punished for it
