On the behalf of the citizens of these great United States of America, we would like our President Barack Obama to lift the ban on kinder surprise chocolate eggs. I have done my research on this delicious chocolate, the main reason it has been banned is do to the plastic egg inside containing a little toy. We have also found out that the FDA has approved for an Americanized version. Thou the act of 1938 states it is illegal to sell/import any item that is edible that has a material object inside, no harm has been done. The packaging states not for children from 0-3. All we ask is for the ban to be lifted and let us and maybe the president to enjoy the delicious chocolate and fun of being a kid again opening a surprise.
