Lift the ban on OTC asthma inhalers. We the people deserve to breathe!

Created by C.W. on March 27, 2013

A ban on OTC inhalers went into effect on January 1, 2012. The grounds for the ban are that the propellant used in the inhalers contain CFC's, which deplete the ozone layer. The minuscule amount of CFC's contained in inhalers could not have any measurable impact on the ozone. However, the monumental impact of not having access to a rescue inhaler for an individual suffering an asthma attack could cost that individual their very life. The ban is senseless, reckless, and endangers the lives of 25 million people.
