Lift the ban on people with a non violent single felony from enlisting or reenlisting in the military.

One time non violent felons should be allowed to enlist or reenlist. Sometimes they just made a simple mistake and want to serve the greater good. These want to become members of the military and sometimes it is the only chance for employment. I say let them in and give them a chance to redeem themselves and serve the country. Even former service men and women can make mistakes and should be allowed a second chance. A momentary lapse in judgement shouldn't haunt a one time offender for life. Granted they should be very limited in their job selection until they prove they are worthy but should be allotted the second chance.
