On behalf of all who believe there is a GOD (one true GOD), We the people respectfully request that the ban on school prayer be lifted. We do not wish the ban to be replaced by mandatory prayer, but with the option to pray without consequence.
In wake of the recent massacre in Newtown, CT. ,Columbine High 1999, and what is becoming a history of violence in our schools. We request what is our GOD given right. Statistics have shown since the removal of school prayer back in 1962 and 1963, a drastic drop in SAT scores and graduation rates and a horrific rise in extreme violence, STDs and teen pregnancy in our schools.
We request and right to pray for the future, for the children, in the school we pay taxes for.
