Lift the ban off for sales of Kinder Surprise Eggs in the United States

This is a petition to lift the ban for Kinder Surprise Eggs to be sold in the US. The eggs are marked with "not intended for children under 3 years of age" & there poses a very low choking hazard if supervision of an adult is present. Very few children have choked on the toy inside (possibly 3) in the many years this chocolate has been made available in many other countries. There are far more choking hazards with other toys in the US. The capsule in the chocolate eggs are large enough to where it is almost completely impossible for one to choke on, let alone swallow. With the recent increase in the following for "surprise eggs" on the internet this product should be made available for children of the United States to enjoy.
