The so called "High Capacity Magazine" ban is stupid; all it has done is limit civilians from defending themselves while criminals can illegally purchase a firearm or rifle with mags holding more than 10 rounds.
Ex. The illegal AK-47 holding 30 rounds vs the California legal AR-15 holding 10 rounds.
