WHEREAS, The United States enacted an Embargo on Cuba in 1961, but Cuba is no longer a threat to United States;
WHEREAS, The United States currently has a deficit of over 16 trillion dollars. The United States still owes China;
WHEREAS, Cuba has many resources and raw material to trade with the United States. The United States sold $708 million worth of agricultural commodities to Cuba in 2008; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Congress here assembled make the following recommendation for solution to lift the Cuban Embargo.
