LIFT THE EMBARGO ON CUBA NOW !
President Ronald Reagan, though no fan of mine, is remembered in 1989, urging the communist block to tear down the wall. This they did to end the USSR. I believe one of President Obama's string of legacies would be to lift the embargo on Cuba.
America, cannot preach democracy while it openly keeps an embargo for half a century on its neighbour whose sons and daughters are citizens of our dear nation. China, the most populous communist country on earth is not blockaded in any way. Rather they enjoy free trade with USA. I would like to see a lot of goods marked "Made in USA" being sold in Cuba.
While the leadership in Cuba, cannot quickly reform, perhaps an influx of US citizens can eventually bring about change in Cuba. Please lift the embargo now.
