Lift the embargo that is in place for Cuba. The reason for the embargo has been gone for a long time. The embargo is a cold war era action and has only negative effects today. U.S. citizens should have the right to travel and engage in trade with Cuba. I have been to Cuba and the people are wonderful. They embrace Americans and give us respect. My wife is from Cuba and we have a difficult time helping her family without enormous fees and red tape.
The people of Cuba and the USA need to heal and move forward. Thank you.
