We want to lift the restrictions on gun ownership in the state of california, while mandating psychiatric evaluations for new gun owners to protect the general population from unnecessary tradgeties.
We are not allowed fully automatic automatic rifles in the state of California due to the thoughts that "Guns Kill" when people are really the ones to pull the trigger. Guns are limited to 10 rounds per magazine and there is now an attempt to remove Semi-Automatic guns from the state of California.
In the right hands, guns can be used to protect one another, and to save yourself from a criminal. In order to insure that guns do not fall into a criminals hands, gun sellers could administer psychiatric evaluations and backround tests.
