Lift the pain meds restriction and make patients getting pain meds take a urine test monthly to check levels.

Created by J.B. on April 03, 2016

We the people of chronic pain are suffering because of the amount of people getting addicted to pain meds. Those of us who really need the medication are being told how much we can have. Not everyone's pain resistance is the same.
I say to require the patience getting pain management and all other patients using pain meds to have our levels of meds in our system checked monthly. Those of us who need the medication use it properly. Checking the levels more often will stop those who sell their meds. If the levels don't compare to what is prescribed then the meds are to be suspended and that person banned from pain meds. The restrictions should be lifted and allow those of us who really need the pain meds to get them. More severe punishment should be given to those who sell their meds.
