The Supreme Court of the United States of American has upheld the 2nd Amendment as an individual Right to own and bear arms of common use. Semi-automatic firearms are of common use and their import should not be restricted or banned.
Doing so would not only violate the 2nd Amendment but would also present a limitation of foreign commerce. As we now live in a global economy, it is imperative that all freedoms be respected and that all legal goods be allowed to be traded freely among nations.
We the People of the United States of American humbly petition that all bans on the import of semi-automatic firearms be lifted and no new restrictions be implemented.
