Lift the rules on colored hair,piercings and tattoos in the workplace.

There are many rules/regulations stated in most jobs about piercings,tattoos and hair colors/styles etc.
Employees should be allowed to have what little self expression they have in the job world as long as none of the above threatens their/others safety and none of the above should affect their chances of employment or how they're treated in the workplace.
