The embargo has been in place since 1962, and law since 1992; however other communist nations have enjoyed prosperity with the help of trade agreements with our country. China, for example, has most favoured nation status and has prospered greatly as our quality of life has been elevated. Isn't it about time to come to our senses and lift the, now senseless, trade embargo?
