It is not fair to low and middle income Americans that high income individuals are taxed at a lower rate annually for Social Security. Remove the wage cap for Social Security to make things equal for all Americans. Baby boomers will soon hit retirement age and the Social Security program will bleed our budget dry. This would be a step toward solving the problem.
