President Obama and his family continue to spend our taxpayer dollars flippantly, even as our country goes deeper into debt. They are planning a Christmas vacation to Hawaii, to the tune of millions of our dollars just in their transportation and security, not counting all the entourage he and Michelle will take along with them. Americans are losing their healthcare and jobs, and everyone is tightening their fiscal belts... except for them. And leadership is about shouldering responsibility and trodding alongside the people you lead in order to make it a team effort. I petition that, instead of a trip to Hawaii, the president and entourage should stay home, and even show up at a soup kitchen or shelter to serve the people whose money he keeps flagrantly spending.
