The SCOTUS's decision to strip away laws that protected minorities from voting discrimination, demonstrates the SCOTUS inability to remain objective, enforcing their own political views on the American people. This petition is to call on the POTUS and the executive branch to make sure all American's voting rights are protected. Our methods of voting are archaic by today's technological standards and allows too much room for discrimination to take place. If we can safely scan a check with our cell phones into our own bank accounts, why can't we upgrade our voting methods so voting becomes easier and not more difficult for us all. If all our voices are to be heard equally, we must upgrade our voting methods and protect voting rights from further discrimination.
