The Supreme Court of the United States is hindered in its work by having unfilled vacancies for an unreasonable amount of time.
The President has sought the Advice and Consent of the Senate and has waited an unreasonable time to receive their advice an consent.
As such, the President has fulfilled his constitutional duty, and should now immediately appoint Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court.
