When the embryo reaches the fetus stage the brain has developed and has started to function. Abortions should not be allowed to be administered to a fetus with a functioning brain. A body is pronounced dead if the brain is no longer functioning, this should apply to a baby as well. The brain is the key to determining the existence of a person. Please limit abortions to within roughly 8-10 weeks when the embryo reaches the fetus stage instead of the 24 weeks when all the neurones are present.
