Take the mass out of mass murder by limiting ALL firearms clips, and magazines to 6 rounds of ammunition and 2 clips per firearm. Create national database of items purchased for firearms; bullets, brass, powder, primers, clips and magazines. 2nd amendment rights preserved and potential for mass murder by firearm is reduced.
