limit all government official terms, eliminate permanent salaries and private insurance for all government officials

Place before the American public a referendum to eliminate all appointed and/or elected federal government officials permanent salary, eliminate all appointed and/or elected federal government officials private health insurance, limit terms of all appointed and/or elected federal government officials to a maximum of two consecutive terms to any office and to eliminate the power of appointed and/or elected government officials to vote themselves rights, privilages and pay increases making these a matter of public vote.
