Limit ALL members of the U.S.A. House of Representatives & ALL members of the U.S.A. Senate to 2 terms in their lifetime

I believe that members of Congress should be held to the same term limit as the President. Allowing members of Congress to run for political office their whole lives only leads to more corruption, cronyism and a loss of touch with the average citizen's life. They live for the power from election after election won and are more influenced by lobbyists than their constituents or simply doing what is best for the nation as a whole. I also believe these politicians are more likely to do the right thing and vote with their conscience if they are not constantly worrying about winning elections and remaining life long politicians. That is why I propose a 2 term limit for all members of Congress.
