limit all Senators and House members to no consecutive terms in office.

Created by H.L. on March 05, 2013

Limit each Congressional member to one non-consecutive term (Senators - 6 years: House Reps - 2 years) in order to inject new perspectives, diminish political influence, reduce Congressional gridlock and lessen the need for incumbent fund-raising while in office. All members would be eligible to hold office every other term.
