Limit the amount of air in nightclubs to mitigate the risk of fires.

Created by B.S. on January 28, 2013

We need to limit the amount of air inside of nightclubs to help mitigate the risk of large fires. Fires need oxygen to survive. If we limit the amount of air in each nightclub to 7 cubic square feet, we can help keep drunk college kids alive. There is no reason for these clubs to have high capacity air capacity. This limit will help keep nightclub fires small. There should be no grandfather provision in any possible bills. If there is a grandfather provision, the BAFTE agency should be allowed to tax these clubs and have them register their high-capacity air in the 1934 NFA.
