Limit the amount of ammo purchased for fire arms and assault weapons. And scan each box sold for accountability.

We need to come up with a system that scans all purchase of ammo in this country. We also should put in a law that limit the amount one can purchase at a time. Maybe put the same scan system in place at pistol ranges? Bar code system on each box that is imputed in a data base with all the purchaser info and back round. So that this can be monitored by homeland security, FBI? We also should add in there that it is required to have mental health test for purchase of fire arms and ammo. Do monthly checks at fire arm and ammo stores to make sure that they are doing things by law? Make all purchase on the Internet from outside the country pass through customs like everything else.
