Limit the amount of amonition that a person can buy.

Here is a thought about gun control, the issue is not the gun it is the ammunition. Let’s stop talking about gun control and start limiting the amount of ammunition that can be bought. I think ten bullets per person, NOT according to the number of guns that are owned, ten bullets are plenty for personal safety or hunting. Once those bullets are used the person must return the brass in order to buy another ten bullets. If the gun owners wants to do target practice then they must go to an approved firing range where they can purchase all the ammunition they wish to shoot, however they must return all unfired bullets when they leave also they need to return the spent brass.
