Limit the amount of hours in the workweek a company can force a worker to work. Right now they can force 12 hrs 7 days

Recently my employer has placed many of my coworkers on 12 hour days, the period of the mandatory overtime lasted from September to February. These 84 hour weeks were very demanding on the workers body's and their families.I feel there needs to be a legal limit on mandatory overtime and it needs to a great deal less than 84 hours.
