Limit the amount of money that Pharmaceutical companies may spend on medication research, Doctor compensation for trials

Created by B.S. on July 03, 2013

Eliminate payouts to doctors by pharmaceuticals for speaking fees, travel, meals, office swag, research and trials in a hospital or clinical setting. Also eliminate media advertising for prescription medications that are not yet generic. Hold pharmaceuticals responsible for releasing a list of all possible reactions and side effects in plain english for non-medical personnel, & consumers so they may understand what they are taking. Finally, relax laws so it may become easier for a consumer to litigate against a doctor or pharmaceutical who administers or produces a medication that damages the quality of life of a patient, and establish a guideline on what one may recover from said damage to one's health.
